It's your right to be there all night long and drink alcohol and carry
firearms (carry pepper spray as a first line of self-defense if you're
going to carry other weapons), and fuck in your car, if you can fuck in
an RV. Also, transients (whether on vacation or homeless) have a right
to park and sleep there all night long, if the parking isn't crowded.
They need to correct the sign. CA Parks is supposed to administrate
public lands according to the public trust. It's even legal to be nude
and have sex in public without harassing anybody. Lasciviousness is a
human right both in and out of the bedroom. State statutes should
really be updated to reflect the law. These are facts.

Discriminating against people who are different than you, is unamerican,
and a crime. Shame shame on the administrator's organization.

Dogs are legal on leash everywhere, and may be off-leash if there's
no-one within 100+ yards.

You can't go having a "dog park," a "nude park," a "skate park," an
"alcohol park." That is discrimination, and segregation, and we all
know that separate is not equal. The _world_ is yours!

you can skate when you're not endangering anybody, or the parking lot's
empty. So... no harassment, no endangerment, no intentional
destruction, no assault, thieves should have a bill, but littering could
be put under grace like recycling.

It perhaps seems that you think the government must allow homeless
individuals to camp on the public playground built for children
to play on. Is that your opinion?

The US Supreme Court, supports the opinion of many US citizens and
voters, that governments can tell such campers to abide by rules.
I agree with that position.
